Cancellation Policy

- Require 48 hrs notice to cancel an appointment. In the instance that an appointment is cancelled by the client with less than 48 hours notice, Glo Blonding studio reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file 25% of your scheduled service. - No call, no show, Same day cancellation will result in 50% of your scheduled service being charged. - I want you to love your new hair ! while I can’t offer refunds, please let me know within 7 days if you are dissatisfied for any reason, and I’ll seek to make it right. - New clients must have complete a complimentary consultation prior to scheduling a coloring services. - All color services please come in with clean washed hair :) Thank you for understanding ❤️❤️
